Cancellation Policy:

No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment

Your appointments are very important to us at Spa Lumos and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

1. Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

2. Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.

3. Our schedule is set up for maximum efficiency. If you are over 15 minutes late to an appointment we will have to reschedule that appointment.

4. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.

CHECK-IN:

Please come to your appointments ready for your services. If you have a lash service booked please show up to your appointment with clean lashes free of makeup and mascara. If you have a skin treatment scheduled you do not need to worry about cleaning your face before you come.
